Updates to Azimuth #133

Add AZ-CL mappings for Liver from here to the SimpleKnowledge file for AZ.

The Master AZ-CL mapping has changed extensively since the SimpleKnowledge spreadsheet was built. In particular,

  1. Preferred terms and syonyms for a number of existing AZ codes changed.
  2. Cross-references to CL for a number of existing AZ codes changed.
  3. There are new AZ-CL mappings.
  4. The concept of "CL match" (column R), which uses exactMatch and narrowMatch properties from SKOS, was introduced.

For the next release of the HMSN UBKG, I will:

  1. Change labels, synonyms, and dbxrefs for existing AZ codes.
  2. Add new AZ codes for Liver
