Statement of request

Add a set of nodes to the UBKG that describes each source used to generate the UBKG. Information on each source should include, at a minimum

name
SAB
reference URL (e..g., home page of source owner)
download URL
applicable licensing (e.g., URL to Creative Commons page)
applicable citation
date on which downloaded

This has been described as a requirement for FAIR compliance.

Much of this information is available in the ontologies.json file used by the generation framework.

Proposed solution

A SimpleKnowledge spreadsheet for each deployment--i.e.,

Data Distillery
HubMAP/SenNet

Each deployment would include the sources from the base context.
