Statement of problem

The HuBMAP UI depends on the following file that will be deprecated as part of the CEDAR integration:

field-assays.yaml provides field/assay relationships used in the beta search UI to show the fields relevant to the assay type selections the user has made in the configure search menu.

Solution

Replace field_assays.yaml with data from the UBKG.
