Based on the UBKG Dockerized version available in the branch shirey/update-to-5.x branch , evaluate and make any changes needed to run the UBKG Neo4jv5 instance as a service to support the UBKG API. (Database files will be provided, the database creation/build is not needed as part of this task, only running an existing v5 database as a service).
