UTB 390 and time shifts #5

Just like the title says. I was a little aggressive with my changes to 390 UTB

Not sure whether you noticed or not, But I have already Decoupled: 0301-0302 0305-0306 0316-0317 0352-0353 0443-0444

As for the last 2 couples [0744-0745 0746-0747] IDK what source we wanna tune it to.

I did see your decoupled episodes, but wanted to take extra care before using them, since errors were introduced at times.
