Output formatting for html / xml #11

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Output of HTML and DocBook could be properly indented. Either an option to do
this post processing or indent the output correctly is desired

a2x is already using xmllint to validate the generated docbook XML. All we need
is another option to allow that output to be used in place of the original
output.

xmllint -format

a2x generates DocBook as an intermediate format which is then used to generate
a presentation output format -- it's not intended for human consumption. HTML
outputs are normally viewed in a browser and will not normally be viewed
directly.

If you need formatted HTML or DocBook markup (presumably for debugging
purposes) then just run you favorite markup formatter after running asciidoc.
