Create path first

Paths-api is part of a bigger application x-team/unleash so it's structure is not designed for unleasher-bot app. That creates some issues in structure of this app. In order to create a goal, which is partly possible right now, there need to be a path created for the user.

The idea in here is.

• user initiates unleash by DM'ing unleasher bot.
• unleasher bot asks if user wants to start unleashing
• in case they do, path should be created POST /paths
• then automatically it should transition into creating first goal
