Goal completed #37

When user marked goal as completed there should be several things happening.

  1. Notification to unleash channel
  2. Congratulate to user
  3. Ask about next step ( pick from the list, create new or do noting ) - this should be a shared step with other conversations.

Note: The backend for completing goal is done.
