Create a profile field for the #learn-about-x-teamers answers.

Those new fields should be editable by admins only.

@jkbdbrnwsk this might be a lot of text, where do you think we should display it? We can put it together with other user data, I'm just not sure how easy it will be to read it.

Perhaps a box with a fixed height and an inside scroll?
