Addin will error when initialised without an open database #19

This has been noticed in Access 2010 but may be an issue in other versions 
later than 2002. In Access 2002, the addin menu is disabled until a database is 
opened.

This is not an issue in Access 2016, as you can not get to the ribbon until you open a database.
