Add-In does not detect when authentication details have not been cached #2

The Add-In currently has no method of requesting authentication from the SVN 
server, it relies on the subversion client authentication cache. 

A checkout from the repository should have been done whilst remembering the 
user information.

The scenario when authentication details have failed should really be detected 
by the Add-In and at least notify the user, but at best offer to out the user 
credentials in.
