Property Value convertions for Boolean Properties fails on a German Access #20

The Export convert the Value of Boolean Properties to 'Wahr' (True) and 
'Falsch' (False).

On the Import, the Conversion then fails with Data type conversion error (3421).

A explicit Type conversion CBool() helps. I attached a changed module that work 
for me.
