Test for old table names #5

Internal table name prefixes have changed from MSysSVN -> MSysSCC.
Should detect old names and warn about potential problems when using a database 
built with an older version of scc-addin.

This happens already, the latest tool will apply a schema update first time it 
is run against an old style database.
