Manually Adding a file causes the List of changed objects to go wrong #56

Migrated from internal Tasklist ref 1086:

If a file is manually added via explorer eg. Add a Module with a name which is alphabetically in the middle of other modules. When the Add In is run it shows all modules with a name after then file manually added as being dleted and doesn't show the new file. Whole functionality in this area needs reviewing/fixing.
