Partial file commit support.

After a commit, scc-addin automatically imports any external changes back into 
access.

This is an issue when trying to commit some, but not all, changes made in a 
file, saving the others for a future commit.

Any code not committed will be lost when the repository version is 
automatically imported back into access.

A check box is probably the way forward, considering most of the time a 
re-import is useful due to access changing the GUI code of forms etc.
