faild importing log while writing on DB #22

when want import log show this error

On Click,Line 264: First argument to SQLite.Query() must be a database handle

Did you set the location of the database file and make sure that you can access 
it?

Hi, what di you mean when yo say "make sure that you can access it"?
I need to create the database file manually?

The problem is that the DB doesn´t exist.
Put the empty DB I attach in the correct folder and the import will work.
