can not run on a windows system #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing on a windows system
2. using mssql
3. try to retreive meta data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to download metea data can not do as the file slash are incorect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2011073107 on a windows

Please provide any additional information below.
yep the slash are around the wrong way and canot donload the osla file to 
retrive meta data

I develop the code on Windows 2003 Server running both MySQL as DB and 
SQLServer 2005, it has also been tested on Windows 2008 with SQL 2008 and MySQL.

I then test on Linux based systems using BitNami VMWARE images.

I am unaware of any issues with the file slash.

Which MSSQL adaptor are you using FreeTDS or Microsoft PHP SQL Driver

Just notice the release you mention is only for 1.9 this issue list is for 
version for Moodle 2.x

If it is for the 1.9 release please log a new issue on the 1.9 issue list
