Users can create small "tags". Essentially copypasts but the bot sends them

[ ] !tag create - to create new tags
[ ] !tag edit - to edit existing tags
[ ] !tag info - information about who created a tag and how many times it's been used
[ ] !tag delete - Allow staff or the user that created the tag to delete the tag
[ ] !tagleaderboard - Leaderboard of most used tags
