Provide VB.NET examples that call the DLL #23

This is input from the Google Checkout Merchant Panel held on 8/1/2007 in
Mountain View. The panelist from AlwaysBrilliant.com said it would be
helpful to have the example code in VB.NET as well. Currently it's only in C#. 

Note that this is only ASPX files under the "examples" folder, not the
library itself.
