Increase unit text coverage from 31% to 50% #24

Unit test coverage of the library is 31% right now. See attached screenshot
for details.

Larger test coverage would make regression testing faster and reduce the
risk of bugs. As a first step, let's increase the test coverage to 50%.

Please send me a detailed report if possible.

Run the tests again and update the png file so i can see what % The config 
section 
is at.

I just ran the tests again and they are stubbornly stuck at 31%, see attached
screenshot and XML file. I use NCover (http://ncover.org) to generate a coverage
file, and then NCoverExplorer
(http://www.kiwidude.com/blog/2006/01/ncoverexplorer-debut.html) to view the 
result.

I just ran the project against NCover v2.0.2 and we have 47% code coverage.

Order Processing has 100% code coverage.

For whatever reason we are back to 58%. I am looking at what I changed.

CheckoutShoppingCartRequest has 100% code coverage

We are upto 70% total coverage.
