Fix the issue with Asterisk not always answering to the dial of add_modem #10

Actually, one out of 3 add_modem local asterisk dial fail for some reason, leading to very annoying/unstable behaviour, requiring to restart Asterisk at each dialer.py run

PJSUA send a register, local Asterisk operating as a modem server see it, but it seems like it's not answering back (the PJSUA does not move from there).

We may try to switch to SIP/TCP transport to ensure that, for some unknown reason, UDP get lost.
