Improve Asterisk-Softmodem to report the negotiated carrier #7

In reference to #6 actually Asterisk-Softmodem does to report the negotiated carrier (V.21/Bell103,V.23, etc) .

This ticket is to extend it as a way to report those information (somehow delivering it to the application)
