Restore the Windows registry backup? #12

Hi, sorry if this is a noob question, I'm not very familiar with Windows. I've got bt-dualboot ver 1.0.1 and I synced the keys from Linux to Windows partition with the backup option enabled. Now I'm pretty sure I needed to do it the other way around (keys from Win to Linux). How do I use the created Windows reg backup?

Although I think it would still be useful to know how to use the created backup just in case, my issue (overwrote correct keys in Windows with unacceptable keys from Linux) had a simpler solution. I reset my BT device completely, then "forgot" it on Linux, and then made an entirely new connection between the device and the Linux system. After that I synced the new correct keys to Windows too. I reset the device first thing first last night after messing up, but didn't figure out to forget the old connection with the old keys on Linux, so I couldn't get it to work then.

I guess that app just copy your SYSTEM file to backup path So, If you want to restore that file you need to replace SYSTEM file by your BACKUP file https://github.com/x2es/bt-dualboot/blob/e3a98df9cc8f6fa6762563401737c9c3f46ac921/bt_dualboot/windows_registry/windows_registry.py#L9
