Interaction with elements also with (multi-)touch events #39

Currently, the Movable interface only works with mouse events, touch input thereby breaks both, navigation and interaction, because for (multi-)touch there is no mouse move etc. Thus, extend for touch events (though one finger is enough, juts to get it working).

Mobile platform support not important, only fixed hang on move bug.
