(Fake) Button for assigning a primitive positive/negative property as defined in PDMS spec #50

For CSG operations positive and negative primitive elements are used. Implementing those CSG operations might take too much time, though a (fake) button (per primitive) can show that this is possible (someday). In this regard, different colors (e.g. standard positive elements in blue and special negative ones in red) can indicate the type.
