Primitive parameters should be positive #87

All dimensions necessary to define primitives should be positive. Whatever the spec is, it should not be possible to have values <0 anywhere (for instance, it's possible to set negative values for radius and height of the dish primitive).

@menglert11487 Could you please have a look? Internal handler code indeed seems buggy, just tried out a negative radius...
