X3DOM.org has been down since 13.july. On and off. Why?

Sorry for the long downtime. x3dom.org should be up and running again.

There is a full "Power-Off-Test" planned for this weekend at the Fraunhofer IGD, as far as I know. If everything works as expected, x3dom.org should be back online soon.
