Improved the zoom functionality in VR mode by using viewpoint info
Fixed the issue of VR mode crashing when a VR controller goes out of sensor view

Hi @andreasplesch Please review this PR for the work done in the past few weeks. I am currently working on mapping controller buttons to different events for customization for which I will create a new GitHub issue.
