Replace F1 and DMX's header with the-breadcrumb polymer component #1

The dmxe and f1 html files had a slightly different layout to the DMX file. In the dmxe and f1 files the breadcrumb and page title the div class col-sm-12 but I moved them the breadcrumb outside the div so it had the same structure as the dmx file.
