[Quote] Gutenberg 18.1 breaks Quote citations in editor #13

A PR to add a cite display/remove toggle button in the editor for the Quote block seems to have inadvertently added the .wp-element-caption class to the <cite> element:

There is an open bug report for this:

Note that this is a blocker for releasing this theme.
