Hello,

After install this plugin, entire redmine site has been stopped working.

Getting "We're sorry, but something went wrong." on the web page.

Environment: Redmine version 3.3.1.stable Ruby version 2.2.5-p319 (2016-04-26) [x86_64-linux] Rails version 4.2.7.1 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2

Need some assistance on this.

Hi @amitsanaye, thanks for the report :) In order to identify the cause of your issue I'll need to know what error is occurring. Can you supply me w/ the log entries which are generated when the error occurs?

Hi Lucas,

Could you please confirm for "w/ the logs entries" , do you mean the production.log ?

fyi : I am using Nginx as an web server.

Depends on whether you are running Redmine in production or not :) Its usually the largest logfile. If you want to be sure to send the right info, just delete (or rename) your logs directory, reproduce the error, then zip the entire logs directory and send it. If you don't want to post it here, find my email in my profile or on my website and send it via mail :)
