The tuna.ttl file currently sets these plugins names:
doap:name "Instrument Tuner";
resp.:
doap:name "Instrument Tuner[Spectrum]";
When searching for the plugin (for example in jalv.select), using the project name "tuna" consequently doesn't yield any result. I suspect the plugin search in other programs would behave similar, if it doesn't search the plugin URI as well.
My suggestion would be to include "Tuna" into the plugin name somehow.
