Is the feature you are request related to a problem? Please describe it in detail: Several [WINDOWS] users have a frequent and annoying time synchronization problem due to microsoft updates.

Describe the solution you would like: Have a windows showing a warning if the xCore client detects the PC's clock to be out of sync, the warning should come before staking commences.
