Bug Description: xCore's delegated cold staking interface is not showing up on the UI. Important information - The wallet has never made a single regular transaction on the x42 network, it is a new wallet with only delegated balance added to it.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

Go to Delegated Staking
Have a positive balance delegated to your wallet
Click on 'Client', 'Dashboard'
See error
