made build.gradle crossplatform #1

PaperBin compiles on both Linux and Windows, and presumably MacOS too.

This will mean people will have to manually find the jars, but I guess that is better than my current very specific solution :/

No it all works from the JAVA_HOME root. Just tested it on a clean Windows VM. Compiles out of the box.
