NtSetInformationThread has a problem #124

This problem will be appear, 1、use x64dbg to open notepad.exe, 2、deattach, 3、attach notepad.exe then this problem appears win10 build 19042

What problem? If you meant to attach a screenshot to the issue, I think you forgot to do it.
