Can we please have the Enhancer app ARM64 native?

that would be great. it's one of the only apps that do not have an ARM version on my MacBook Air.

the main amphetamine app is M1 now. not sure why you do not get it (are you sure you have a M1 Mac?). the enhancer is not yet M1 native.
