TT-RSS changed how SELF_URL_PATH is handled, this updates the docker script to correctly replace it.

@x86dev The breaking issue this pull request fixes has been in place for more than two weeks, and this fix has been sitting for a week. Is this project maintained or should users transition to the official TT-RSS Docker implementation? Thanks and either way I appreciate the work you've put in on the project over the years.
