Titan Fighter & Spell Combat Cheat not working together #1

Description of the bug

I believe I have located a toybox issue, When using titan fighter dual wield of great weapons, and having added spell combat to the character (via search and pick) the cheat "Magus: Always Allow Spell Combat", does not work, as in I cannot use spell combat whilst dual wielding great weapons

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create character with both the titan fighter class, and the magus spell combat feat (either through search and pick or multiclass)
  2. Enable the class-specific cheat: "Magus: Always Allow Spell Combat" and equip two Two-Handed weapons in dual wielding Reality: 3. Still cannot use spell combat whilst dual wielding great weapons

Expected Behavior

  1. Create character with both the titan fighter class, and the magus spell combat feat (either through search and pick or multiclass)
  2. Enable the class-specific cheat: "Magus: Always Allow Spell Combat" and equip two Two-Handed weapons in dual wielding

After further testing it seems that while I can enable the ability, it doesn't work? I'll cast a spell or attack and the turn just ends, instead of either one of those two allowing me to do the other, when I get to level 2 I'll see if it's any different with spellstrike added into the mix
