Fixing IgnoreFeaturePrerequisitesWhenChoosingClass from allowing you to take Feats you shouldn't be able to (since it's only supposed to work on class/archetype selection, not feat selection)

Commented out old code just incase I broke something but unlikely since that's the only setting used for the code

You can still keep the IsMythic check; I was just talking about Prestige
