"Include Remote Companions" includes Lann in some scenarios even if he was never in the party

Description of the bug

In some dialogue scenarios the "Include Remote Companions" option behaves as though you also had "Include Former Companions" checked - it treats Lann as part of the team, even though he never was.

Steps To Reproduce

• Load save - https://we.tl/t-mom8OcoldL
• Confirm that Include Remote Companions is on, "Include Former Companions" off
• Talk to Aivu, ask about companions - notice she mentions both Lann and Wenduag
• Turn off Include Remote Companions
• Talk to Aivu, ask about companions - now she correctly doesn't talk about Lann

Expected Behavior

If Lann was never in the party the Remote Companions flag should not make any part of the game treat him as such without "Include Former Companions" as well (and even with it it might be discussable?)

Lann was also mentioned in some command-tent events during march to Drezen, but I don't have a save on hand
