Description Investigate code changes between 3.8 and 3.9

Update PHP unit tests.
Solve an issue about coding_exception: Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: All dataobjects in insert_records() must have the same structure!
Solve some warnings on comments.

It's probably worthwhile to start using the new Moodle HQ Moodle-plugin-ci. It was released a couple weeks ago and has many improvements over the old ones.
