Fixed some power/energy measurement issues and added HA auto discovery for them. #5

Added "Energy sensors" device list to config. Changed power and energy to be floats. Added HA discovery for both power and energy with HA expected classes and units.

If you do want access to the latest build (beta3e) just let me know..
