I have followed the instructions of the installer but the result is like this, I have tried restarting the PC and reinstalling the result is the same, is this because the factor has not been updated to the latest version?

Could you launch the RPC, wait a minute or two, and then attach the log file that should be located at

{The folder you installed the RPC in}/logs/log.txt
