If you met all above conditions try to run the game without FIFAModManager mods Also, you can try to run Live Editor launcher and instead of pressing Run Game button try to start your game manually from EA App/Steam/Epic

Error message tells you exactly what to do:

After several tries Live Editor wasn't able to find stable game process.
Make sure that:
1. You have extracted the Live Editor archive
2. You are using latest Live Editor version
3. Live Editor isn't blocked by your antivirus
4. Your windows user have full admin rights

If you met all above conditions try to run the game without FIFAModManager mods
Also, you can try to run Live Editor launcher and instead of pressing Run Game button try to start your game manually from EA App/Steam/Epic

I did everything the error message said. But I can't get results

The only potential fix that's not listed is to clear EA App cache. If that won't work then I don't have any other idea to solve that issue.
