All I have done is change the manager never retire on.

then next season, when I start the first match, fifa 23 auto exit

Probably your career save got corrupted. Start new career.

I have play career for 15 years , that means a lot to me, that's why i know live-editor & cm and use it ...

here is what i done.

save before next season
use le to launch and then use cm to change manager->nerver retire
ater that, it work fine to play next season, but got error when i play or simulation a math

I'm not sure it will be fine if i start a new career, I'm worry it still same error if i start a new career.

It's not Football Manager. FIFA isn't designed to work for more than 15 seasons. The never retire option allows you to bypass the check, but only that. It's very likely that something will bug out at some point because idk... the game won't be able to extend contracts past 2035 or something. Nothing can be done with that.
