Error when controlling actual xArm (real machine) with Moveit motion planner #186

I ran roslaunch xarm6_moveit_config realMove_exec.launch robot_ip:=192.168.xx.xx and got the error (Red text in picture) shown in the picture. Is there any solution to this problem? The version of Ubuntu is 20.04 LTS and ROS is noetic. Screenshot from 2023-06-16 14-29-25 (3)
