Support for IFC 4x3 #544

IFC 4x3 has been finalized, approved by ISO and will be published in April as announced at IFC Specifications Database. Hence, an official release of xBIM.Essentials supporting this standard would be nice.

Essentials support for 4x3 is done in develop branch (in myget). Just needs a final merge to main to push some nuget packages out. We're trying to sync it with the v6 release of Geometry (including netcore etc). We're looking to clear some space for this in the next month. Note that the wider geometry support for 4x3 may have to follow on, as there's some significant work to do on the new linear placements etc.

Essentials v6 are published now as an official NuGet package. This supports the official IFC 4.3 ADD2 version of the standard. As Andy noted earlier, the Geometry engine support for a few new geometry forms and linear placement will follow.
