AFAIk, This is a problem related to the Dynamic Rendering Extension feature, which is used to cut down on a lot of very annoying/hard to deal with code bloat (i.e. Boilerplate) from 0.3.0 onwards to make handling the new Framebuffer system alot better

Almost all GPUs support this feature, however intel dropped support for certain Skylake iGPUs after September 2022, and therefore were not given any driver updates after that point in time.

As a result some ppl are having massive issues running this mod from 0.3.0.

IMHO this is an actual problem, as while Dynamic Rendering is very good QOL/saves alot of time for the Devs, otoh it doesn't actually give the user any FPS/performance advantages, and as mentioned some specific GPUs (esp Intel iGPUs) are unable to run it due to being dropped from driver support.

Thankfully it is possible to remove Dynamic Rendering from the mod with no FPS drawbacks (tested it a while ago in a test build), but it has a few issues rn+needs quite alot of invasive refactoring that might cause bugs longer term, so it may not be the best idea afaik

However imho Intel iGPU drivers are a bit of a mess ATM, as some CPUs support Dynamic rendering, while some don't due to lacking driver updates and 90% of them seem to be due to being dropped from driver support.

if your lucky, you have a CPU that wasn't dropped from support, so they have the full Vulkan 1.3 drivers, which usually always have Dynamic Rendering Support, but not all Intel processors seem to be equality supported, and the ones that don't are what usually seem to run into the Dynamic Rendering problem driver side.

Could easily be wrong about any of this, but this is the info i have found thus far anyway.
