Rebarstate does not change bar size

System

Motherboard: ASUS A320m-k
BIOS Version: 6210
GPU: RX 550 2GB
[Y] CSM is turned off (in bios)
[Y] 4G decoding is enabled (in bios)
[Y] UEFIPatch is applied (it said no patches can be applied to input file)

Description

ffs module is present in bios but bar0 size dosen't change upon changing the values in rebarstate.exe and as a result force turning on rebar makes vulkan and opengl crash and amd sofware also dosent launch . Gpu - z stil shows 4 gb bar even after changing in rebarstate.exe

EDIT: solved by disabling motherboards rebar option in bios while keeping csm disabled and above 4g enabled
